Ownership Structure
Team Drilling was created through a partnership between the company’s senior management team and Athabasca Basin Development.
Team Drilling’s senior managers each had over 20 years of direct experience working for major companies in the drilling industry before joining forces.
Athabasca Basin Development is an Aboriginal-owned investment company committed to building and investing in successful businesses. The company is owned by the seven communities in Northern Saskatchewan’s Athabasca area. These communities are largely Dene First Nations communities and include Fond du Lac, Stony Rapids, Black Lake, Hatchet Lake, Wollaston Lake, Camsell Portage and Uranium City.
Team Drilling is owned by Team Drilling’s senior management and Athabasca Basin Development.
