What is the work schedule?

The work schedule varies and depends on the position and the contract. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8am -5pm.

What types of employment opportunities are there with Team Drilling?

There are many different opportunities with Team Drilling. Our company has driller helpers opportunities for those who are just getting started in the industry. We also have drillers, fifth person,  and supervisory roles for those with more experience. There are also a variety of administrative positions in our office. Please check our website (link to page) for the most up to date opportunities. We encourage you to send in your resume at any time and we’re happy to keep it on file for six months.

Will I be considered for other positions if I am unsuccessful for the job I applied for?

Yes, all applicants are kept in our database for 6 months.

Where are your projects located?

Our projects are primarily located in beautiful Northern Saskatchewan, but we have positions across Canada.

What type of benefits does your company offer?

Do you offer on-the-job training?

Yes, we have a comprehensive and industry-leading mentorship and training program.  We have a strong track record of employing local people under this program, and we are proud to have successfully trained many people who had no prior experience with a drill. If you are interested in a career in drilling, you love the outdoors, and have a positive attitude, we want to talk to you!
