Robert Fleming
President and CEO
Robert has over 30 years of experience in the drilling industry. His range of experience covers diamond drilling, surface and underground, rotary core drilling, and sonic drilling. Robert specializes in contract and operations management on domestic and international projects. Robert also serves on the Canadian Diamond Drilling Association Board of Directors, and is an Advisory member of the National Occupational Standards Development Committee of MiHR for Diamond Driller.

Al has extensive experience with surface coring, BOP, high water pressure and helicopter support projects. Before joining Team, Al worked for over 20 years with major diamond drilling companies, specializing in Project Management on projects throughout South America and Canada.

Glen Sigstad
Assistant Operations Manager
Glen has worked in the drilling industry for over 20 years, Glen’s career started with Boart Longyear where he drilled on projects all over the world, including Africa, Peru, Switzerland, and Kyrgyzstan. Experienced in both underground and surface drilling, Glen has acquired valuable drilling knowledge utilizing BOP systems, directional drilling methods, Devico, Mud Motoring and wedging, as well as experience with helicopter and barge supported projects.
